DATA WE COLLECT

Inquiry forms may collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, country, event details, message and a record of your privacy notice acknowledgement. We also process limited technical and security data needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.

PURPOSES, LEGAL BASES AND SHARING

We use data to respond to inquiries and take pre-contractual steps, to operate and secure the website based on legitimate interests, and on consent where specifically requested. Service providers may process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data. International transfers, where applicable, use appropriate safeguards.

RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHTS

We keep data only as long as necessary, normally no longer than three years after the last relevant communication unless law or a legal claim requires longer. Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. We do not use solely automated decision-making. The enquiry form includes an unchecked acknowledgement of this Privacy Policy; it is not marketing consent.
